1. Making Payment

BOOKSHOOTER can receive payment for ebook purchases only through its Internet store at www.bookshooter.com, and does not receive payment through any other means or through any other method of payment.The customer's payment options will be posted at checkout, are subject to change or enhancement at any time, but a credit card in good standing will always be a viable payment method.Payment methods or payment systems may also include, but are not guaranteed to be available, Paypal, SMS billing, and Google Checkout.

2. Customer Service Contact Information:

Customer service contact for BOOKSHOOTER is provided via three different ways.  The first option is to use the very helpful Help Forum where the answer to most questions can be easily found.If in the event that an answer is not readily available in the Help Forum please call the BOOKSHOOTER customer service phone number at 719 387 8137, or contact BOOKSHOOTER customer support via email, by clicking the "Contact" link at the bottom of our website.  The user will be directed to a "contact" form on the BOOKSHOOTER website so that they may describe the issue and/or question they have.  The form will be sent to BOOKSHOOTER via email.  BOOKSHOOTER will then respond to the customer email with in 24 hours.

3. Return Policy:

BOOKSHOOTER sells ebooks in a variety of formats.  Once an ebook is purchased and downloaded the sale is final and a return, refund and/or cancellation is not available. 

4. Refund Policy:

Once an ebook is purchased, licensed and downloaded the sale is final and a return, refund and/or cancellation is not available. However, if a customer purchases an ebook but is unable to download the file successfully, and BOOKSHOOTER has verified that the digital file has not been received or downloaded by the customer, then BOOKSHOOTER will either resolve the download issues or provide a full refund for the purchase within 5 business days at the customer's request.

5. Price List:

All ebooks are priced AS IS as marked on the website, and these prices are set by THE PUBLISHER, or the owner of the Content, not BOOKSHOOTER.Prices subject to change at any time.

6. Delivery & Shipping Policy:

BOOKSHOOTER delivers ALL of it's products and merchandise via the internet.  BOOKSHOOTER DOES NOT deliver digital files or ebooks via any other method or delivery system.  BOOKSHOOTER will deliver all of it's merchandise via the internet to any persons or entity in the world that has the technological equipment, bandwidth and capabilities to receive such digital music files.  If a customer does not have the technological equipment, bandwidth and capabilities to download and receive an ebook, then the customer will not receive the merchandise any other way.  A customer may immediately apply for a cancellation and refund.  BOOKSHOOTER will respond by canceling the order and refunding the customer's order by adhering to BOOKSHOOTER's cancellation and refund policies.

7. Privacy Policy:

BOOKSHOOTER, LLC (“BOOKSHOOTER”) has developed this Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) to cover the collection, use and disclosure of personal information that may be collected by BOOKSHOOTER anytime you interact with BOOKSHOOTER, such as when you visit the BOOKSHOOTER Website and Service (the “Service”). Your privacy is a priority at BOOKSHOOTER, and it intends to protect it.
